How do I book to stay?
On the “BOOKING” page there is a calendar to view if the dates are open and also an application to book which must be filled out and approved. Approval typically takes 3 days pending time of year. Once approved you will receive a phone call with some details.
What is the cost to stay?
The total cost will be $200. $120 cash must be left by your group for the house cleaner and then there is an $80 maintenance fee that you must pay after you are contacted by Impact Church.
Do I have to bring my own toilet paper?
Yes you do… and you cannot flush toilet paper down the toilet. We have installed bidets in both bathrooms. If you don’t know how to use them Google it…
What is the max number of people that can stay?

Do I need a passport to go to Mexico and come back to the U.S.?
As of now there is no requirement for a passport. We would recommend at least a form of identification and birth certificate.
Is the water safe to drink in La Mision?
No the water is not safe to drink. But there is filtered water a Gaby’s Market that you can buy for 20 pesos.
Do I need to restock the water I use?
Yes, if you do not bring your own drinking water we ask you to replace the water used.
Is Casa Misión is a gated community?
Casa Misión is in a gated privately owned property that has four houses on it.
What is the drive time to the beach from Casa Misión?
Playa La Mision is located approximately 15 minutes away.
Can I bring my pets?
Although Casa Misión’s grounds have a variety of friendly dogs, roosters, chickens, horses, and fake cows. We do not allow pets at Casa Misión.
Is this a vacation home?
No, Casa Misión intent is to foster discipleship and have a base operation for our Mexico Missionaries.
Do I bring my own bedding?
Casa Misión has two queen beds that have sheets and comforters. All of the bunk beds only have fitted sheets so you must bring your own pillows and sleeping bags for the bunk beds.
How many beds does Casa Misión have?
Bedroom One: Queen Bed and a bunk bed and sleeps 4. Bedroom Two: Queen bed and a bunk bed and sleeps 4. Downstairs Bunk Room: A total of 4 bunk beds sleeps a total of 8 people.
How many bathrooms does Casa Misión have?
We have one bathroom upstairs that has a shower and one bathroom downstairs that has a bath/shower.
Do I need to bring my own soaps, shampoos, etc?
Yes you need to bring your own personal items for showers and such.
Do I need to bring my own paper towels?
Yes, we do NOT provide paper towels.
How many cars can we bring?
In order to respect the owners we have agreed to only 5 cars onsite.
Is there air conditioning?
Although there is no air conditioning there are ceiling fans in the queen bedrooms and floor fans in the bunk rooms.
Is there a heater?
Although the home is outfitted with multiple space heaters we ask you NOT to use them due to the high cost of propane.
Do I need to bring my own coffee?
Since there are many different ways to brew coffee we recommend that you bring your own. We do have a Keurig.
Is there WiFi?
Yes there is wifi available but we ask you not to stream any movies or make any major uploads/downloads.
Is there a TV?
No there is no TV.
Are there any games to play?
There are a variety of games to play but if you have a favorite bring it and leave it. We even have pickle ball available. LOL
Is there a fire pit?
Yes there is a fire pit available but plan on bringing your own wood to burn and BURN responsibly.
